Because of a problem with a double room we were upgraded and had a stylish room with their own style.

This venue is situated in a charming local neighborhood close to the riverside for boat rides and near both a sky train station and the river.

I don't visit Thonburi district often, so it's good to stay at Focal Local and see this part of Bangkok. The area preserves the good old days of Bangkok. it flashed back lots of my old memories. The hotel is located in the middle of housing area where real local people are living. I like the idea of themed rooms. Staff is friendly and helpful. I had a great time there.

The room was good-sized and nicely furnished and featured a TV with DVD player and a kettle. Its location was good and decent, inside authentical thai neighborhood. Everything was great and the staff were exceptionally attentive.

Conveniently located just across the street from a big market 🛍. It's a nice touch to have an electric kettle and a fridge in the double room.

We felt very welcomed . nice and clean r oom, with really nice atmosphere .we will come again to this place, it's like coming home in a big city. it's easy to travel by express boat or sky train . both station are just a few minutes by tuktuk.

Lovely family run hotel, it offers wonderful breakfast and great-sized and nicely furnished rooms. The staff are amazingly attentive, everyone. Particularly good and decent location for visiting cafés and restaurants close to the venue. You can relax at Feed the Beast, located nearby.

The venue was in a remote location close to the river and the sky train, many major sites, embarkation points along the river, restaurants, bars.

Karan (owner) very helpful and nice- definitely gave some very good tips that made our stay easier. Location was a bit further away from mrt, but free tuktuk was provided - Therefore location was not a problem, could reach everything very easily. Delicious and filling breakfast. The room had a very nice design and was very comfortable (stayed in one of the bigger rooms). A computer was available in the common area - very comfortable on vacation. Definitely a good choice in Bangkok!!!

The value for money at this place was great! The room was spacious, clean, and had all the necessary facilities. The location was convenient and the staff was incredibly friendly and helpful throughout our stay.

Hotel breakfast could have been more varied.

Modern nicely decorated rooms where the common areas give you a touch of old bangkok. The owner himself does everthing to make you feel at home. We also enjoyed the little patio outside to relax after a busy day in the center.

Perfekt City-center stay! Good staff and good food!
